DISCUSSION AND VOTE TO APPROVE CHANGES TO THE FAIRFIELD TOWN WATER ORDINANCE. WATER SHARES REQUIRES FOR BUILDING. CONVEYANCE ON WATER RIGHTS. WATER IMPACT FEES DISCUSS WATER ORDINANCES IN GENERAL. DISCUSS OLD BUSINESS DISCUSS NEW BUSINESS ADJOURN THE TOWN COUNCIL WORK SESSION MEETING REGULAR MEETING AGENDA OPEN THE TOWN COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING ROLL CALL PRAYER / PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE DISCUSSION WITH CRESTHILL INVESTMENT AND JAMIESON CAPITAL REGARDING PETITION FOR DISCONNECTION. DISCUSSION ON WAGES FOR PERMANENT EMPLOYEES. DISCUSSION ON THE STALEYS INVOICE FOR THE MUSEUM. IF TIME PERMITS. DISCUSS TOWN PRIORITIES.
