- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING JULY 21, 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to receive public comment regarding the proposed disposition of approximately 3.05 acres of real property located at approximately 2400 West Layton Parkway. The property is proposed to be sold to the Joseph F. and Roseanna S. Hill Family Limited Partnership (Hill Family), at market value, as established by an appraisal, and in exchange for a portion of property owned by the Hill Family. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Council meeting. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to comment.
