- NOTICE is hereby given by JoAnn Evans, Duchesne County's Clerk-Auditor, that on Monday, July 11, 2022 the County Commissioners are to canvas the Primary Election returns at 12:00 pm in the Conference Room at the Duchesne County Administration Building, 734 North Center Street, Duchesne Utah. NOTICE is hereby given by JoAnn Evans, Duchesne County's Clerk-Auditor, that on Monday, July 11, 2022 an AUDIT by order of the Lt. Governor will be conducted on the By Mail counting methods at 3:00 PM in the Duchesne County Clerk's Office.
