WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF GENERAL PLAN/ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting on July 20, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. and a public hearing on July 27, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., or as soon as business permits, before the West Valley Planning Commission. Both meetings can be attended in person in the Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah or electronically via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88955119737, on the following application: Application #GPZ-6-2022, filed by Mountain America Credit Union Requesting an amendment to the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Residential Office to General Commercial and a zone change from R-1-6 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 6,000 square feet) to C-2 (General Commercial). The property is located at 2531 South Redwood Road on 0.85 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 6th day of July 2022.
