Planning Commission Meeting for the Town of Genola Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The public is invited to attend the meeting. The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item, not on the agenda to the Planning Commissions' attention. Approval of Minutes for June 2, 2022 Attachments: Draft 6-2-22 Meeting Minutes Planning Commission Chairman Report Public Forum BUSINESS Public Hearing The purpose of this hearing is to get public input on an amendment to the use table for zoning. There will be a second public hearing to get public input on an amendment to the subdivision ordinance. The amendments are adding a communication conduit and making sure all fees related to the subdivision are nontransferable and non-refundable, the preliminary plat must include a temporary address' for each lot. Road widths must match the current town's road map. Discussion and possible action accessory building for Angela Bates located at 1037 S 400 W in the J. Black Subdivision Plat A Lot 1 Parcel #43.115.0001 Attachments: Bates Site Plan discussion and possible action on a site plan for an accessory building for Riley Florence located at 360 N Sunset Lane in the Kester Acres Subdivision Lot 3 Parcel #44.209.0003 Attachments: Florence Accessory Building Site Plan Discussion and possible action on an amendment to the Land Use Appendix Discussion and possible action regarding an amendment to the subdivision ordinance Discussion regarding the accessory apartment ordinance Commission Comments Motion to adjourn
