- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting on the 7th day of July 2022. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of Allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of the minutes from June 2 & 16, 2022. 6- Private pool parties Larry Ganser. 7- Community Development Program Manager for SEUALG, Tamara Dockstader and Vikki Ori. 8- Discussion and possible approval Appointment to PRWID Board. 9- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing Sprinklers. 10- Discussion and possible approval Discussion and possible increase of private party prices for the pool. 11- Discussion and possible approval of property exchange parcel number 1A-0427-0000 Helper Holdings, LLC - Gary DeVincent. 12- Discussion of Career Ladder. *NOTE* June 21, 2022, Council Meeting is Canceled.
