PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Final Plat
A. QUIET VALLEY PLAT C. The proposal involves approval of a final plat with 208 dwelling units, including townhomes and cottage lots as part of a Master Planned Development located at approximately 1500 South 3500 East.
B. QUICK QUACK CAR WASH HIGHWAY 6. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with three commercial lots located at 1091 East Spanish Fork Parkway.

A. QUICK QUACK CAR WASH HIGHWAY 6. The proposal involves commercial development for a car wash to be located at 1091 East Spanish Fork Parkway.
4. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat
A. SHELLY SUBDIVISION. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-3 and R-1-15 to R-1-9 in conjunction with the development of 16 residential lots as a Master Planned Development located at approximately 686 North Slant Road.
