- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its work meeting on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. Meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. The meeting will be available via Zoom; however, if a person has requested to address the Council and be on the agenda, that person must attend the meeting in person, not over Zoom. Those wishing to view the meeting via Zoom must call 435-433-6915 or email: eureka15@cut.net for the link at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments submitted via email at least 3 hours prior to the meeting, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email to eureka15@cut.net. 7:00 pm 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 2.
