Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on changes to Title 10 Land Use Regulations of the Nephi City code regarding: Title 10 Updating required minimum lot size, frontage, density, building height, and setbacks in all zones Title 10 Updating some uses in zones 10.2 Definitions and General Terms (Land-locking property and flag-lots prohibited 10.11 Planned Residential Development (PRD) - (Eliminate code) 10.16 Off-Street Parking and Loading 10.18 Sign Regulations to allow administrative approval rather than planning commission approval for signs
