a. Discussion and consideration of adopting Resolution No. RDA 22-05 approving a professional service agreement between the Tremonton City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) and Zions Public Finance, Inc. to create the Tremonton City & Tremonton City RDA 2022 Moderate Income Housing Plan
b. Discussion and consideration of adopting Resolution No. RDA 22-06 approving a professional service agreement between the Tremonton City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) and Landmark Design to create the Tremonton City & Tremonton City RDA 2022 Moderate Income Housing Plan
