Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on July 12, 2022, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows. The Planning Commission will receive public comments on the following projects: - Parkway Fields Phase C Preliminary Plat and Site Plan. A 234-townhome subdivision on 30.76 acres of property zoned MF1, a portion of parcels 59:018:0048 and 59:018:0049. - An amendment to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code to enact Chapter 17.61 Water Efficiency Standards. The new Chapter implements water efficiency standards applicable to new builds and properties undergoing landscape conversions. The standards require water efficient indoor plumbing fixtures and various water efficient outdoor landscaping systems and design restrictions. Additionally, the chapter restricts the installation of turf grass to functional use only. Other sections of the code impacted by this amendment include EMMC 17.60.070 Planting Standards, 17.60.080 Design Applications, 17.60.090 Required Landscaping, 17.35.050 Generally Applicable Provisions, and 17.37.050 Generally Applicable Provisions. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
