NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SOUTH OGDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive and consider comments on proposed amendments to SOC 10-5A, and 10-5B having to do with drive-throughs. The amendments would clarify what a drive-through is, where they can be located on a building, and in what zones they are allowed. The public hearing will be held at 6:15 pm, or as soon as the agenda permits, during the South Ogden City Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, July 14, 2022. The meeting will be located at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden, Utah, 84403, in the city council chambers and is open to the public. Anyone interested may attend and offer comment.
