- TOQUERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION July 13, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. 212 N. Toquer Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DURING THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING JULY 13, 2022, CONVENING AT 6:00 P.M.: 1. Public Input is sought on a Preliminary Plat application submitted by Wasatch Commercial Builders. Tax ID # T-166-B-1-A-1-A. Current zoning is R-1-15 - Single Family Residential. 2. Public Input is sought regarding the final Firelight Development Agreement. 3. Public Input is sought on final approval of the Firelight MPDO Plan and an Ordinance amending the City's Official Zoning Map to designate the Firelight Subject Property as having MPDO Zoning. 4. Public Input is sought on a Final Plat application submitted by Sun River Firelight for Ph. 1 & 2. Tax ID # T-128-PV1, T-141-PV1, T-199-PV1. 5. Public input is sought a Nightly Rental application submitted by Rick Woods located at 915 S. Mulberry Dr, Tax ID # T-AHP-A-125. Current zoning is R-1-12. Copies of applications and ordinance drafts are available for review at the Toquerville City Office (212 North Toquer Boulevard). In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Office 435.635.1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Agenda will be posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, sent to the Spectrum Newspaper, and posted at the City Office Building at 212 N Toquer Blvd. Posted June 30, 2022 by Toquerville City Recorder, Daisy Fuentes.
