- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 2700 W. Taylorsville Boulevard on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment may attend the meeting or submit comments via email to jspung@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone/voicemail to (801) 955-2092, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members; all comments received are added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: - Public Hearing and Consideration of a Non-Administrative Conditional Use Permit to operate a Class D Home Occupation Daycare at 5756 S. Player Ridge Circle, Taylorsville, Utah. File #22C22. - Public Hearing and Consideration of a Preliminary Non-Administrative Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan to construct 350 Residential Apartment Units as Part of Phase 1 of the Volta Mixed-Use Project, at Approximately 3835 W. 5400 S., Taylorsville, Utah. File #5C22. - Public Hearing and Consideration of a Preliminary Subdivision Plat for 16.50 acres of property at approximately 3835 W. 5400 S., Taylorsville, Utah. File #1S22. - Public Hearing and Recommendation to the City Council for a Zoning Text Amendment to Taylorsville Municipal Code Section 13.25.010, related to park strip landscaping. File #4Z22. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
