Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING July 12, 2022 Notice is hereby given that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 7:00 PM, TUESDAY, July 12, 2022, in the City Council Chambers, located at Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 15.394 acres of property located at approximately 3071 West Gentile Street, currently zoned A (Agriculture) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential) PRUD (Planned Residential Unit Development), Ag Heritage Overlay subject to annexation approval by Layton City Council. f you desire further information regarding this rezone proposal, please contact the Community & Economic Development Department, (801) 336-3780.
