- AGENDA Public notice is hereby given that the Logan Land Use Appeal Board will hold a meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers 12:00 PM PUBLIC MEETING WELCOME PUBLIC HEARING The following item(s) are scheduled for a public hearing before the Land Use Appeal Board. The normal order of the meeting is for the Chairman to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Board. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged. The Board will then close the public hearing and deliberate prior to making a decision. LUAB 22-001 Evans Family Remodel - Building Permit Request The Logan City Land Use Appeal Board has received an application requesting an appeal on a denied building permit application for an addition to the legally nonconforming triplex located on a .89-acre lot at 543 North 400 East in the Traditional Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) zone; TIN 06-038-0027 (Adams Neighborhood).
