Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, 19 July 2022, 6:00 p.m., at the Midway Community Center (160 West Main Street, Midway) and using Zoom (Instructions for participation can be found at www.midwaycityut.org). Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items: Ordinance 2022-20 / Landscaping Bond (City Attorney) - Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Ordinance 2022-20 amending Title 16 (Land Use) of the Midway City Municipal Code to require a bond for certain landscaping. Haven Farms Subdivision / Amendment (Summit Engineering) - Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or approve a plat map amendment for the Haven Farms Rural Preservation Subdivision located at 184 West 1290 South (Zoning is RA-1-43). Ordinance 2022-21 / Performing Arts Centers (Midway Arts Center Foundation) - Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt proposed Ordinance 2022-21 amending Section 16.5.2 (Permitted and Conditional Uses), Section 16.13.10 (Maximum Height Provision for all Buildings), and Section 12.11.020 (Exceptions). Recommended by the Midway City Planning Commission. Ameyalli Resort / Master Plan Approval (Midway Mtn Spa LLC) - Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or grant master plan approval for the Ameyalli Resort (Formerly the Mt. Spa Resort) located at approximately 800 North 200 East (Zoning is resort). Recommended with conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission. Ordinance 2022-22 / General Plan Amendment (Rising Height LLC) - Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt proposed Ordinance 2022-22 amending the Road System Master Plan in the Midway City General Plan to remove a portion of planned 200 South between 740 East and Michie Lane. Recommended with conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission. Information regarding the above items may be obtained from the Midway City Recorder at 75 North 100 West, Midway (Midway City Office Building). The information will also be posted at http://www.midwaycityut.org/City-Council-Agendas-and-Minutes one week before the meeting.
