Roll Call - Chair 2. Approval of the minutes - Chair A. Review and Approval of June 16th, 2022 EDLF Minutes EDLF Committee members will review the May 16th, 2022 minutes and consider for approval.. 3. Introduction of new committee member A. Introduce Trent Wardrop of Celtic Bank as a new member of the EDLF Loan Committee. 4. Review and Recommend Kahve Cafe, LLC Loan - Will Wright A. Staff will present the loan packet for Salt Lake City business, Kahve Cafe, LLC, and answer loan committee questions. B. EDLF Committee members will vote to recommend if Kahve Cafe, LLC qualifies for the loan amount requested. C. 20-minute break to tally the evaluation forms. D. EDLF Committee members will review the evaluation score for Kahve Cafe, LLC loan and vote to recommend results to Council. 5. Adjournment - Chair
