- NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Highland Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 26th, 2022 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City Staff is proposing to amend Chapter 10 Definitions to amend the definition of a Main Dwelling and what constitutes attached to or part of a Main Dwelling as compared to accessory structures. - Highland City Staff is proposing to amend several sections of the Development Code to remove the requirement for newspaper noticing for certain application noticing requirements. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4506 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. This notice was published in the Daily Herald July 2nd, 2022.
