Description/Agenda

Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Thursday, July 14, 2022, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. 1. The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive public input on the final consideration of the Thayne 5100 Subdivision located at approximately 7400 W 5100 S for Steven Thayne 2. The purpose of the second public hearing is to receive public input on a conditional use permit request from Milton Neeley for an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) located at 5591 W 5300 S 3. The purpose of the third public hearing is to receive public input on a conditional use permit request for Jeffrey M. Baldwin for an oversized structure totaling 1,419 square feet located at 4863 S 5225 W All interested parties are invited to attend.
