PUBLIC NOTICE SKYE-LEHI ADDITION BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING On June 14th, 2022, the Lehi City Council passed Resolution #2022-56 approving Lehi City's intent to adjust a municipal boundary line with Draper consisting of 1,035.49 acres of real property owned by DR Horton located at 4600 North 1200 East, Lehi, Utah. A public hearing has been scheduled before the Lehi City Council on the 23rd day of August, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public comment. The public hearing will be held at the Lehi City Administration Building, located at 153 N. 100 E., Lehi, UT. The Lehi City Council will annex the above described parcel unless, at or before the public hearing, written protests to the annexation are filed by the owners of real property located within the area proposed for annexation covering a majority of the total private land area within the entire area proposed for annexation and also is equal to at least 1/2 the assessed value of all private real property within the entire area proposed for annexation.
