WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting on July 6, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. and a public hearing on July 13, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., or as soon as business permits, before the West Valley Planning Commission. Both meetings can be attended in person in the Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah or electronically via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88955119737, on the following application: Application #Z-10-2022, filed by John Baird To amend the zoning map of West Valley City, Utah by reclassifying the following described property from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to R-1-8 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 8,000 square feet).
