- Holden Town Council Agenda May 11, 2022 Notice is hereby given that the Holden Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled town council meeting in the Holden Town Hall located at 185 S. Main, on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, prayer & roll call 2. Approval of April 13,2022, Council Meeting Minutes 3. Payment of payroll/reimbursements and bills a. Affidavit for 5 Buck Pizza 4. Petitions, Remonstrance and Communications 5. Planning and Land Use - Ted Bennett 6. Report of Officers-Boards-Committees a. Phil Whatcott- Water and Fire Department b. Jim Blodgett - Roads and Land fill c. Josalyn Stevens- Parks, Recreation and CERT d. David Wood- Electric e. Mayor Darren Fox - Cemetery and Employees 7. New Business a. Vicki Lyman b. Johny Munoz c. Brandon from Dixie Power d.
