Description/Agenda: Sevier County Municipal Building Authority Meeting at: 250 North Main, Richfield, Utah 84701 June 27, 2022 Agenda 1. Take Action on Minutes of the May 23, 2022 Building Authority Meeting. 2. Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of the Central Utah Counseling facility project to be funded by the Bonds. 3. Any other business that may come before said meeting.
