POSTED AT US POST OFFICE June 27, 2022 02:30 p.m. NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, June 28, 2022, in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone or Zoom. The agenda will be as follows: The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Reading & Approval of minutes of previous meeting(s) 3. Public Comment 4. JUB Engineering - Monthly Engineering Report Discussion And Action on Request for Proposal for Engineering Services 5. Discussion on National Day of Service 6. Chipper Fenn-Discussion on Myton Rentals 7. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Alan Allred - Maintenance -Discussion on Customer Water Accounts Alan Allred - Fire Department 8. Final Public Hearing On 2022-2023 Budget and Opening and Amending 2021-2022 Budget -Discussion on the purchase of street mower 9. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares (if needed) Motion to meet immediately in closed session to discuss pending litigation and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 52-4-204 through 205. 10. Closed Executive Session 52-4-205(1)(a) Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s) 11. Approval and Signing of Checks 12. Adjournment.
