ITEM 1: PUBLIC HEARING - ISSUANCE OF BONDS
In accordance with Utah Code Ann. ยง 11-14-318, the Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing with respect to the issuance of Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2022A-1 (the '2022A-1 Senior Bonds'), Limited Tax General Obligation Convertible Capital Appreciation Bonds, Series 2022A-2 (the '2022A-2 Senior Bonds' and together with the 2022A-1 Senior Bonds, the '2022A Senior Bonds'), and Subordinate Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2022B (the '2022B Subordinate Bonds' and collectively, the 'Bonds'), and the potential economic impact that the improvement, facility, or property for which the Bonds pay all or part of the cost will have on the private sector.
