Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. In the following order:
1) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a request from Mark Baldwin to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from ROS-1 (Residential Open Space 1 Acre) to RSF (Residential Single Family) at property located at approximately 15 South 450 East. (Tax Id. #10-014-0052).
2) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, to update Title 10 Chapter 17 'Business & Other Zoning District Use Tables' Section 2 titled 'Primary Uses in Business & Other Zoning District' amending the 'Parking Commercial'
3) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Ben Nielson for a conditional use for a business license to operate 'Landscape Expressions' landscaping business out of the property located at approximately 208 North 200 West. Tax Id. #11-081-0001.
