Farmington City, a city located in Davis County, Utah, intends to update and adopt an Impact Fee Facilities Plan for Water and therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-502 and 504 of the Utah Code, as amended 2011, notice is hereby provided to you of the intent of Farmington to update and adopt an Impact Fee Facilities Plan. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday July 5, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall located at 160 South Main Street, Farmington UT, 84025. The proposed impact fee facilities plan will be located in the City's boundaries and potential annexation areas. Those receiving this Notice are invited to provide information to be considered in adopting the impact fee analysis. Any information received should be provided in writing.
