Notice of PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6th, 2022; and by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard.
Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on GPA 2022-060055, a general plan amendment request by Josh Hughes with 258 Development for the rear 5.32 acres of the subject properties from Commercial to Residential. Location: 500 West 1700 South (Antelope Drive) (TINs: 12-080-0092 & 12-080-0095). Project Area: 5.32 Acres. Staff: Brad McIlrath, Senior Planner (Legislative Action).
This general plan amendment would allow the subject properties to be rezoned to a residential zone that would allow for commercial and residential uses on the subject properties. Commercial would be located along Antelope Drive and the residential would be located behind the commercial and along 500 West.

This rezone request to the R-3 (Residential) Zone would allow the subject properties to be developed with commercial and residential uses on the subject properties. Commercial would be located along Antelope Drive and the residential would be located behind the commercial and along 500 West.
All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted, by mail to Clearfield City, Community Development, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, UT 84015. Written comments not received prior to the date of the meeting, may not be able to be considered.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Customer Service Center of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
