Notice of a Public Hearing The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, July 6, and Tuesday, July 12, at 6:00 p.m. Conditional Use Permit: - AT&T AT HUNTER'S CROSSING (CANYON ROAD SUBSTATION). The proposal involves installing a new cell tower at 2505 East Canyon Road. Zone Map amendment: - JUNIPER RIDGE TOWNHOMES. The proposal involves changing the current zone from Rural Residential to R-3 in the vicinity of 350 West Woodland Hills Drive. - LELAND MEADOWS SUBDIVISION. The proposal involves changing the current zone from Rural Residential to R-1-15 and R-1-6 in the vicinity of 1500 West 1200 South. Title 15 Amendment: - AGRICULTURAL PROTECTION AREAS. The proposal is to allow for the creation of agriculture protection areas. Construction Standards: - CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS 22.02. The proposal is for amendments to Policy 4.39 of the Construction Standards. General Plan Amendment: - 2022 MID-YEAR TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT CHANGES. The proposal is for changes to the Transportation Master Plan, which is an element of the City's General Plan. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
