IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, July 5, 2022 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on a Concurrent Land Use Amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) to RC (Resort Commercial); and a Zone Amendment from RA-5 (Residential Agriculture, minimum lot size 5 acres) to RC (Resort Commercial) on approximately 8.444 acres. Applicant/Owner: Enlaw, LLC-Owner. Stephenie Nast-Applicant. Property Location: Approximately 1500 East Black Desert Drive. Contact: Mike Haycock, Building and Zoning Department, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard electronically, via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at sallen@ivins.com, or may submit their views in writing to the Planning Commission.
