OF THE TOQUERVILLE SECONDARY WATER SYSTEM
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Toquerville Secondary Water System,
Washington County, Utah
will meet in session at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2023, at Toquerville City Offices, Toquerville, Utah.
The agenda for the meeting includes the following:
1) Board Members
a) Mayor Justin Sip, new board member introduction
2) Discussion and consideration for approval of 2023 agriculture watering times
a) For reference, the 2022 schedule is attached.
3) Review of Budget for 2023
4) Discussion and consideration for approval of August 2, 2022, TSWS Board Minutes
5) Request for a closed session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation.
