5. Proposed park connection with Hawk Hollow and Nibley Meadows staff report and committee discussion and consideration (by Levi Roberts and or Chad Wright/Rod Elwood) Comments and discussion led by (President or Acting President)
6. Workshop Discussion and Consideration regarding community outreach results from Heritage Days booth. Including community comments regarding Morgan Farm, Indoor Recreation, and Multi Use Park/Athletic Fields. 7. Discussion and Consideration of recommendations for staff and City Council regarding managing dog owner behavior at our parks, and the possibility of dog parks in Nibley (President or Acting President)
8. Committee Member Report: of their personal review of the current Parks, Trails, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan. What is going well? What is missing? What could make the plan more dynamic? (President or Acting President)
9. Discussion and Consideration of park development priority including recommendations for City Council Consideration, including but not limited to the possibility of recommendations to update to the existing Parks and Recreation Master Plan, a parks and Recreation facility feasibility study, and or Parks and Recreation Bond initiative. (President or Acting President)
10. Committee member reports of community/public official interaction regarding Parks and Recreation and or other reports. (President or Acting President)
11. Discussion and Consideration of action Items, assignments moving forward (President or Acting President)
12. Next meeting will be June 22nd (4th Wed) will include a review of Heritage Days and outreach results

1 Public input is welcomed at all Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee Meetings. 15 minutes have been allotted to receive verbal public comment. Verbal comments shall be limited to 3 minutes per person. A sign-up sheet is available at the entrance of the meeting or shall be available through chat (only during the public comment period) starting 15 minutes prior to each committee meeting and at the facilitators table for the duration of the public comment period. Commenters shall identify themselves by name and address on the comment form and or verbally for inclusion in the record. Comment will be taken in the order shown on the sign-up sheet or chat cue. Written comment will also be accepted and entered into the record for the meeting if received prior to the conclusion of the meeting. Comments determined by the presiding officer to be in violation of Committee meeting rules shall be ruled out of order.
