Community Development and Renewal Agency of Herriman City Agenda Thursday, June 23, 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Herriman City Council shall assemble for a meeting in the City Council Chambers, located at 5355 WEST HERRIMAN MAIN STREET, HERRIMAN, UTAH 1. Call to Order (3:00 PM or shortly thereafter) 2. Approval of Minutes 2.1. Approval of the May 11, 2022 Community Development and Renewal Agency meeting minutes 2.2. Motion for review and outline of the finalization process to approve the minutes of June 23, 2022 3. Discussion and Action Items 3.1. Discussion and consideration of an amendment to the interlocal agreement between Herriman City and the Community Development and Renewal Agency of Herriman City with respect to sales tax in the Auto Mall area - Nathan Cherpeski, City Manager 3.2. Discussion and consideration of a resolution approving participation agreements with specified end users for the auto mall area - Nathan Cherpeski, City Manager 4. Adjournment
