COMMUNITY & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given the Brigham City Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on a petition to vacate a portion of an old highway/roadway located west of I-15 and south of Forest Street at approximately 3301 W. Forest Street. This is an older highway/roadway that no longer serves the public with the Forest Street alignment and improvements. It is an effort to clean up old right-of-way and property lines. The public hearing will be held Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available for review during business hours at the Brigham City Community and Economic Development Office (435) 734-6604.
