PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of Levan Town, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a meeting on Tuesday June 21, 2022 at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah, at 7:00 PM. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of business may change as time permits. PLANNING COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING: 1. Opening Business: Welcome Roll Call Prayer Pledge of Allegiance 2. Action Items: a. Approval of past Minutes: June 1, 2022- Regular Meeting b. Review and Approve Internal Accessory Dwelling Units Ordinance changes in preparation for a Public Meeting next Wednesday July 6th. c. Review and Approve Multifamily Dwelling Units Ordinance changes in preparation for a Public Meeting next Wednesday July 6th. d. Review Sign Ordinance wording changes preparation for a Public Meeting next Wednesday July 6th. 3. Reports: 4. Discussion Items: 5.
