WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on June 21, 2022 AND June 28, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on July 5, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 South Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #Z-8-2022, filed by Arcadia SP, Inc. To amend the zoning map of West Valley City, Utah by reclassifying the following described property from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to R-1-8 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 8,000 square feet). The property is located at 3789 South 5200 West on 1.93 acres The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 16th day of June 2022.
