PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects: - America First Credit Union Preliminary Plan & Final Plat: Request by Natalie Nichols for approval of a subdivision site plan. The proposed location is at approximately 967 South Turf Farm Road. Located on Utah County Parcel 34:595:0001 - Red Bridge Business Center Condominium Final Plat: Request by Todd Dudley for final approval of a Condominium Plat. The proposed location is at approximately 1693 West American Way. Located on Utah County Parcels 49:287:0014 and 49:287:0015. - Mount Loafer Flats Zone Change, Overlay zone request and a Subdivision Final Plat: Requested by Scott Philips for various approvals on portions of Utah County Parcels 30:029:0029 and 30:029:0099. A zoning designation change from I-1 Industrial to R-1-7.5, an Overlay zoning designation for RMO-1 Two-Family Overlay to create a Planned Residential Community, and a subdivision final plat approval for a 20 lot single family home 55+ Planned Residential Community. - Belle Hollow Preliminary Plan and Overly Zone Request: Requested by Chris Knapp for preliminary plan approval of a 16 lot twin home subdivision and for an RMO-1 Two-Family Overlay request to create a Planned Residential Community. The property is located at approximately 700 South and 200 East on Utah County Parcels: 08:128:0013, 08:128:0014. - Freedom Vapors Condominium Final Plat: Request by Weston Jarvis for final approval of a condominium plat located at 1568 West 800 South on Utah County Parcel 66:519:0004.
