ORDINANCE SUMMARY
The following ordinance was adopted and approved by the Harrisville City Council, on June 14, 2022.
With careful consideration of continual maintenance costs of the city's infrastructure, after an internal audit of all utilities, and due to the rising costs of inflation, an increase in utility fees was deemed necessary.
ORDINANCE 536 -
AN ORDINANCE OF HARRISVILLE CITY, UTAH, UPDATING SANITARY SEWER UTILITY FEES; UPDATING STORM WATER UTILITY FEES; AMENDING SECTION 1.85.060 RELATING TO A STREET LIGHT UTILITY FEE; MAKING TECHNICAL CHANGES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon publication.
