Description/Agenda

The Brian Head Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on a proposed amendment to the Land Management Code, Title 9, Chapter 12 BRIAN HEAD LAND MANAGEMENT CODE Chapter 12 (Design Standards for Construction and Development) The proposed amendment will contain long term solutions for Village Core's parking requirements. A draft of the proposed amendments will be available for public inspection after June 27th at the Brian Head town offices during normal business hours M-F 9:00am to 4:00 pm or by calling 435-677-2029 or email nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov. The public is invited to attend and give public input on the proposed amendments to the Land Management Code. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than 4:30 pm July 7, 2022. Office of the Town Clerk is located at 56 N. Hwy. 143 - PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT or by e-mail: nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov.
