Description/Agenda

The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 5th, 2022 during the regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 1:00pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head UT 84719. The public is invited to attend and give public input on the proposed amendments to the Brian Head Town Code, Title 9: BRIAN HEAD LAND MANAGEMENT CODE Chapter 12 (Design Standards for Construction and Development) The proposed regulations will contain long term solutions for Village Core's parking requirements. A draft of the proposed amendments will be available for public inspection after June 27th at the Brian Head town offices during normal business hours M-F 9:00am to 4:00 pm or by calling 435-677-2029 or email nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov. The Brian Head Town Council will hold a public hearing on July 12th, 2022 during their regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall. The public is invited to attend and give public input on the proposed amendments to the Land Management Code. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than 4:30 pm June 29th, 2022 for the Planning Commission meeting or 4:30 pm 7th, 2022 for the Town Council meeting.
