- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Nephi City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N in Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comment on the proposed Raccoon Eyes Annexation of approximately 10.98 acres into the city. The proposed annexation area is located at approximately one half mile west of Main Street on the north side of Hwy 132, parcel no XB00-2580. The complete annexation petition and certification is available for inspection at the office the Nephi City Recorder located at 21 E 100 N, Nephi, UT during normal business hours.
