PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor and members of the Town Council of the Town of Levan, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, the 20th day of June 2022, at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah, at 7:00 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of the agenda items may change. 1. Opening ceremonies: - Welcome - Invocation - Pledge of Allegiance 2. Discussion Items: a. Chris Lewis-Juab County Fire Warden 3. Action Items: a. Business License Approval 1. Boyd-Snow scone shack b. Youth Council 1. Brandy Eldredge- New Advisor c. Make the annual disclosure that it is the policy of Levan Town not to charge itself for its own utilities and go over the associated transfers. d. Adopt the FY 2022 Budget Amendments e. Pass the Resolution adopting the Certified Tax Rate and Revenue for Tax year 2022 f. Adopt the FY 2023 Budget-Resolution NO. 06202022-01 g. Pass Resolution No. 06202022-02 adopting Miscellaneous Building Permit Fees h. Pass Resolution No. 06202022-03 adopting New Home Building Permit Application Fee. 4. Mayor/Councilmember/Department/Committee Reports: a. Mayor/Council Member Reports: b. Office Issued Permits Report: 1. Building Permit: a. Dylan Wood-New Roof c. Planning Commission Report: d. Committee Reports: e. Other Report: 5. Council Business: - Approval of Minutes - May 11 ,2022 - Regular Session - Approval of Claims (5-1-2022 to 5-31-2022) - Approval of Payroll Comparison Report (4-1-2022 to 5-31-2022) - Approval of Final Cash Receipts Report (4-1-2022 to 4-30-2022) - Review Tentative Cash Receipts Report (5-1-2022 to 5-31-2022) - Review Budget Report (7-1-2021 to 5-31-2022) 6.
