1. 7:00 p.m. Welcome - Motion to start meeting - Roll call of Council members 2. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding the amendment of the 2021-2022 budget. Motion: Proposed approval of Resolution 2022-6-16A, 2021-2022 Budget Amendment 3. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding the 2022-2023 proposed budget including the: 2023 Certified Tax Rate of .001963. The proposed 2022-2023 budget includes the following rate increases: - FIRE FEE - Increase of the Fire fee by $1.00 per month. Sanpete County Fire District has increased the rate - POLICE FEE - Increase of the police fee by $23.00 per month. The police fee will go from $20.00/month to $43.00/month to include 2 officers. There will be no increase if the city contracts with the Sanpete County Sheriff's Office - IRRIGATION FEE - Increase of the Irrigation fee by $15.00 per 1/2 share per month. The irrigation fee will go from $24.00/month per 1/2 share to $39.00/month per 1/2 share to help pay for irrigation meters, and installation expenses. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding the Enterprise fund transfer from the Water Fund to the General Fund in the amount of $25,000.00, which is 6.7% of the total expenses of the proposed FY2023 budget. Motion: Proposed approval of Resolution 2022-6-16B, 2022-2023 Budget adoption including the 2023 Certified tax rate of .001963 4. Police Service Contract Motion 5. Fraud Risk Assessment - Gary Keddington 6. Hiring of new Public Works personnel Motion 7. Moratorium of new irrigation connections Motion 8. Approve minutes: May 19, 2022 Motion: 9. City Council Report Craig Draper Thayne Atkinson Jenifer Lamb Brad Aldridge Bevan Wulfenstein - ADU Ordinance discussion 10. Mayor's Report 11. Adjourn Motion: NOTE: The agenda is a guide and may change; items may be discussed or voted on out of order at the discretion of the Mayor. No decisions may be made during this meeting if the item is not specifically on the agenda. Members of the public may address the City Council during the scheduled Public Hearing. Those interested should fill out the public comments form to be given to the Mayor prior to the public hearing.
