PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given the Brigham City Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on a petition to vacate a 20 ft. wide public utility easement on Lot 5R, Parker Ranchettes Phase 2, Extended and Amended subdivision located at 817 W. Parker Lane. The said easement is located between the two existing Bear River Health Department buildings. The existing underground electrical line and equipment would be relocated. The purpose of the petition is to allow an addition to the facility connecting the two buildings with a hallway and additional offices. The public hearing will be held Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available for review during business hours at the Brigham City Community and Economic Development Office (435) 734-6604.
