- OAKLEY CITY COUNCIL MEETING Wednesday June 15, 2022 Work Session 7:00 PM NOTICE OF A POSSIBLE QUORUM OF THE OAKELY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION IN ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING. Anchor Location: 960 West Center Street, Oakley Utah 84055 1. Call Meeting to Order a. Pledge of Allegiance: Councilmember, Kelly Kimber b. Invocation: City Recorder, Amy Rydalch 2. Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the Public to address the Mayor and Council with items that are not listed on the agenda. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. Comments may be submitted prior to the meeting to be read in as part of the official record. 3. Becky Edwards, Candidate for United States Senate Representing Utah 4. Presentation: Disaster Mitigation Plan Presentation: Shauna Mecham, Mountainland Association of Government & Kathryn McMullin, Summit County Emergency Manager 5. David Diehl - Oakley City Activity Proposal: Re-address proposal for Oakley City involvement in summer activities. 6. Budget Preview & Mayor's Report: Mayor Woolstenhulme - Presentation of 2022 Proposed Amended Budget and 2023 Tentative Budget. 7. Councilmember Reports: Time Permitting 8. In accordance with the Utah State Code Annotated: The Oakley City Council may elect to enter a closed session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property. UCA 52-4-205(d) 9. Adjournment.
