AGENDA HUNTINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY MEETING June 15,2022 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold the Huntington Municipal Building Authority meeting on June 15, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in conjunction with the regular City Council meeting at the city office building located at 20 South Main. **We do have electronic participation at this time. If you would like to join this meeting by conference call, please call City Hall by 3: 00 p.m. on the day of City Council for the participation phone number. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m., agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. PUBLIC HEARING: a. Open the Huntington City MBA 2022 FY Budget to make necessary adjustments for revenues and expenditures. b. Setting the Huntington City MBA FY 2023 FY Budget 3. MOTION: Resolution 11-2022 Authorizing and approving the MBA 2023 FY Budget Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda were posted in three public places within the Huntington City limits. These public places being 1) Huntington City Hall; 2) Desertview Federal Credit Union; and 3) the U.S. Post Office. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
