The agenda is as follows:

8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearings;
a. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution opening all of the City 2021/2022 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustments to balance the budgets.
b. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2022/2023.
c. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2022/2023.
d. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2022/2023 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Storm Water Fund.
e. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the dollar value for the 'Fee in Lieu of Water'; dedication transfer upon development and/or subdividing for 2022/2023.
f. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider a request from James Barnard with Sardinz Center to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from CG (Commercial General) to 'Small Project Specific Plan' at property located at approximately 655 East Main Street. (Tax Id. #11-087-0008 & Tax Id. #11-089-0009). The Council shall also approve a Sardinz Small Project Specific Site Plan.
g. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, to update chapter 10-50 titled 'Design Review Permits' in Wellsville City code.

10. Discuss for approval Paul Freed sewer line alteration and water service hook up.
11. Discuss the 2022 tax increase and hold our rate for the coming year.
12. Discuss for approval Firework restrictions for Wellsville City for 2022
13. Continue discussion about water restrictions with culinary and secondary water for Wellsville City and notification process.
