Roll Call - Chair 2. Approval of the minutes - Chair A. Review and Approval of May 5th, 2022 EDLF Minutes EDLF Committee members will review the May 5th, 2022 minutes and consider for approval.. 3. Review and Recommend Chip Cookies, LLC Loan - Peter Makowski A. Staff will present the loan packet for Salt Lake City business, Chip Cookies, LLC, and answer loan committee questions. B. EDLF Committee members will vote to recommend if Chip Cookies, LLC qualifies for the loan amount requested. C. 10 minute break to tally the evaluation forms. D. EDLF Committee members will review the evaluation score for Chip Cookies, LLC loan and vote to recommend results to Council. 4. Adjournment - Chair
