Description/Agenda: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FILLMORE CITY COUNCIL WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, JUNE 21, 2022 AT 6:35 P.M., IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE FILLMORE CITY BUILDING, 75 WEST CENTER STREET, FILLMORE, UTAH, FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING ORDINANCE 22-14, AN ORDINANCE ENACTING A CITY OPTION SALES AND USE TAX FOR HIGHWAYS OR TO FUND A SYSTEM FOR PUBLIC TRANSIT UNDER UTAH CODE ANN. § 59-12-2215.
